This song is something that makes me laugh a little. It's about a guy being a drag queen, dating all the way back to when he was a toddler! The song follows that story line the whole time. Very cool! :D

Save Me, San Francisco by Train

This is my aunt's favorite track from their 'Save Me, San Francisco' album. I got my copy from my uncle, who I share very similar music loves with. Like Green Day!
So, this song is happy as they get, pretty much. It's about a guy that travels the world but 'there's no place like home', which for him, is San Fran. Very upbeat! It'll make you smile :D

Love Drunk by Boys Like Girls

All rightie.
 This song used to grind on my nerves, but then I fell in love with it. Ever had a song like that?
Anyways, it's about a guy waking up and realizing that the girl he's with is terrible to him and he's fed up. He used to be crazy about her, but now he's just done with her crud. He's ready to move on to better people who will treat him right! Yeah, he was crazy about her. But she just wasn't worth it in the end.
This song is SO catchy- pretty sure it's from the 'Love Drunk' album. You'd totally love it. Plus, I'm really relating to it right now. The song, that is.

Please Don't Leave Me by P!nk

This song is off of the album 'Funhouse.'
Okay, so, as upbeat as this song can be, it has a pretty deep meaning underneath. It's kind of like a cry out, in a way. It's about realizing that you're not always the best person that you can be, but you need a certain person to keep you together.
Imagine being in love with a guy. Let's call him Guy. You're not always the nicest to Guy, or to others, but at the end of the day, you know you can't be without him. Oh, Guy. You don't want him to ever leave you despite the way you act on the outside.
As my mom says, some people are like ducks. They can look totally calm, cool, and collected on the surface, but under the water, they're paddling at full speed.

I'm Yours by Jason Mraz

I'm pretty sure this song held a record for how long it stayed at the top on Billboard. Very impressive, Mraz.
This is one of those feel good songs that puts a smile on your face and reminds me of summer, which needs to hurry up and get here already!
This came off of the album, 'We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things.' Love the title!

Outsider by Green Day

Okay, this is kind of old-school Green Day in a way. When you think Green Day, I bet you twenty bucks you think Boulevard of Broken Dreams or American Idiot. I think 'She' and 'Minority' and a lot of things from Warning and back. They're not sell-outs. They've been amazing from the get go.
Anyways, this was from the album Shenanigans. It's about being an outsider that no one really likes because of how much of an outcast you are, but you still have fun with it. It's an awesome anthem to have.

The Importance of Being Idle by Oasis

Bear with me- I have a mad case of strep. Probably going to be a bad post.
This song is part of the repertoire of the 90s Brit-pop invasion: Oasis.
It's a little slow, but it's about nothing going right for this downright lazy guy. He doesn't care, though. Somehow, he gets along just fine.
Beware-it gets stuck in your head like you wouldn't believe. A good bad day/shower song.
And yes. I, Whatsername, sing in the shower. Don't judge, because I bet you do, too.

One of my faves!
It's basically just telling you to chill out. Quit panicking.
You're having troubles. Everyone does-things'll get back to where they need to be.
That's how I see it, really.
My input on the song is that it's one that feels like home whenever I hear it. I'm having a bad day; I'll go and listen to it and feel better. It's just one of those songs.
